Espeon can use bite, if you learn it as eevee and then evolve into espeon before it learns psybeam (thats what I did in crystal, back in the day, ha.)

AUGH THIS TOOK A LONG TIME. Also my pokemon use a megaton of tms. Hopefully this will be okay, derp derp. Anyway, obligatory information about this character follows:

Backstory: Instead of becoming a pokemon trainer like all the cool kids, Maurice went to college. After a year, he gave in and dropped out of his literary studies course to go defeat the elite four! Unfortunatly, he never got through the first gym battle. His spirit crushed, he joined an illegal poffin ring run by the closest thing the pokemon world has to a mafia- Team Rocket. Distributing highly addictive and dangerous poffins for years gave him a bucketfull of money, but it didn't feel right to him. Recently, he's quit his job (Team Rocket's after him now- he might wake up with a Ponyta head in his bed), and decided to re-live his post-highschool dreams by re-entering in the Pokemon league, and totally creamed all the gym leaders.

Personality: -Due to some self-esteem issues, Maurice tries to be badass all of the time... and fails spectacularily at it.
-He spent his money on cigarettes, which leads to his super scratchy voice. Seriously, it's like biting tinfoil when you hear his voice. He writes how he talks.
- He cuts his own hair without looking in the mirror. He likes the suprise.
- He has one outfit. The trenchcoat holds everything imaginable.
- Maurice will always have his rifle on him. Always.
- Smells. Bad.
- Will creep on anything that has lady bits. Not even female pokemon can stand him (except his cherubi).
- It took him a long time to find pokemon that he liked... much less pokemon that liked him.
- He literally only has those two things as acsessories. He's pretty cheap.
- Maurice will spontaniously refrence random things- mostly novels and plays- due to his brief time as a student of litrature. (see all of his pokemon).
- He's single. Oh laaaaddiieesss...

Pokemon:

1) HAL 9000 the Bronzong Lvl. 75
HAL enjoys mind control and ringing really loudly. He likes Maurice because Maurice is almost deaf and doesn't care.
Ability: Fireproof.
This is only important because Maurice uses HAL 9000 as an ash tray.

2)Big Brother the Gengar Lvl. 70
HE'S ALWAYS WATCHING YOU. Or Glee. Big Brother rather likes Glee.

3) Chillingworth the Glalie Lvl. 65
Chillingworth really likes candy and has bad dental problems. He also needs braces, but Maurice thinks that's lame.

4) Alex DeLarge the Espeon Lvl. 60
Enjoys classical music and unprocessed pokemon food. He also enjoys roadkill that Maurice finds for him. Alex is rather emo and wishes he was an Umbreon.

5) Sephiroth the Typhlosion Lvl. 55
Obsessed with reviving Jenova. Haha, just kidding. But no, seriously, he hates Jehova's witnesses. Sephiroth likes toasting bread for Maurice.

6) Scout the Cherubi Lvl. 50
Eats babies.
