This is the application for Proxy (yes his name is Proxy ...)
Proxy from Proximus it means "the next"

About him:
Proxy is one of the very last team rocket members and was brought up by other team rocket members including Mizus (my first trainer over here [link] ) parents. He don't know his own parents.
He was commissioned by Mizus parents to bring her to them. First he didn't know that she is a girl and found out by ...a little accident.(haha) In the end he didn't cleared his mission because he was knocked down by Mizus scooter.
But he still didn't give up to catch her because he's stubborn.

Proxy is very puffed up and thinks he's cool and stuff. He's a womanizer when he get's the chance (as team rocket member I guess they don't often get the chance...well...)
So at that point he can be nice too.

At another point this guy is stupid and often acts like this. That is maybe a reason why not all of his Pokemon respect him as trainer.

His Pokemon:

Cubone / BIT:
His first Pokemon which always hits him with it's Bone because this Cubone thinks his trainer is stupid.

Weavile/ MATRIX:
It's a female Weavile and very shy. Matrix likes her trainer very much ♥

Crobat/ DISC:
One of Proxys first Pokemon. He got it from a Team Rocket Member when he was little and Crobat was still a Zubat.

Umbreon /VIRUS:
A very lazy Umbreon who does not want to fight, but when it's angry it can be very dangerous.

Tyranitar /ROM:
A very strong Pokemon of Proxys team. Proxy avoids to battle with Rom, because its often out of control
