I feel like I'm spamming my DA with all this art ugghghg this is what happens when you can't post all summer and you're procrastinating that novel you gotta finish and oh yeah, homeworkThis required a lot of black marker. I had to remind myself that I bought the marker so I can do this. Possible idea for future story.

I know how you feel. I hate using up my black marker!
I use ink where possible. Water the paper then ink and it goes perfect black.

Huh... the only problem is that I only use cheap sketchbook paper, so watering it would probably tear it up. But thanks for the advice! I've actually just started reviving my markers with rubbing alcohol so they last longer (although I'm still perfecting the technique).
Also, that's not a wing, it's attached to her dress (which I tactlessly made the same color as her wings because PrismaColor markers are expensive). I designed the picture to have a sweeping motion to the right, and I also wanted her to have a surreal aura, like the movie The Dark Crystal. Fantasy, in essence. Mainly just playing around with design and movement. Thanks for the feedback!
