so the adult male is 8 heads tale? and the 12 year old is 7.5? then why in the next image is the 18 year old at least two heads taller?

These anatomy things depress me like hell because I'm 15 and about 5.5 heads tall

Nice job putting this up, but problem is that it's incorrect, you're using proportions that were used back in ancient Greece to portray a beautified/idealized version of a man, where they intentionally lengthened body (I believe it was used in Hellenistic art, but before that Greek sculptors always used 7.5). Some Renaissance artist adopted those proportions as well 'cause they mostly studied anatomy from Greek sculpture. However real person's body length should be 7.5 heads. If their body is proportional. Very tall people usually have smaller heads so they can reach 8 or 8.5, or really short people tend to be under 7.5 heads.
Anyway... as art student who've also studied anatomy seriously, in ALL anatomy books I've found the same 7.5 measurement. Palms and forearms are also longer then you've displayed them (no matter the measurement system you're using).
I'm not trying to criticize your work to be mean, I'm just trying to help, since I know how it is to correct something you've learned wrong, so if you want I'll remove/hide/delete (whichever I can >_>) my comment.

Agreed here. There are more "comic book" proportions than rl proportions. Still very useful, though!

The waists seem a bit too well-defined, though. If it weren't for the silhouettes showing how broad the shoulders actually were, I would have though it was a cisgirl, too. :S

The only things I can think of to throw in would be the fact that your foot is as large as the space between your wrist and elbow, and the hands are supposed to be as large as the face when spread. Hope that helps a little. c:
