Seeing as these seem to be studies from Atlas of Human Anatomy for the Artist by Stephen Peck and George Bridgman's books i'd recommend buying those.

Also, Figure Drawing: Design and Invention by Michael Hampton.

Do you keep several layers, such as one for highlights on top and one for shadows on just behind, and one for a background? And similar for the other objects in your composition?
You make it all seem so easy, and that is no easy task either! Bravo!
