A little sketch I liked and decided to finish.The girl he's sitting with is the redesign of my character Megan.
It's been a while since I drew these two.

An official italian character. Sorry, I thought you copied your chara from Lucy. Anyway, Megan was cuter with brown hair. Nice pic, though.

had to change it cos she looked too much like Alicia the witch,
I kept the face but just changed the hairstyle and colour,
besides, I felt strawberry blonde looked more 'foreign' on her which suits her character better. ^^

Alicia is not that good as character, but she has no brown hair. She's a redhead. And I don't even like her... dunno why, but she's not really one of my favourite characters...
Anyway, well, perhaps she's pretty similar to Lucy. Light blue dress, blond hair...

Oh yes, I remember you now and I can also see why you would think that,
though the blue dress isn't really her main outfit (I plan to put her in different outfits in each and every picture I draw of her),
I'm not willing to take this little pairing very far, I just think they're cute and fun to draw, ^^
the similarities between Lucy and Meg really were not intentional.
I'd also like to apologize for being so harsh on you in the past,
we're both fans of Snufkin and as fans we need to respect eachothers ideas and opinions.
My outbursts were unnecessary and I really should not have let my temper get out of control.

I would like to apologize as well, I overreacted because I'm a big fan of the LucyxSnufkin pairing, and I kind of get "angry" when near to Snufkin there's a girl different from Lucy.

Well I was planning on doing a lot more artwork on the two, and maybe even a comic,
but I've been far too busy lately and have more important things to do right now. ^^

I'm curious about a thing: I've made up lots of fanchars, but I've never used to share them with other people. I have four folders with alot of pictures of them.
But, I've never thought about a reason of creating them... do you have a reason on creating Megan?

But didn't he say he wanna be by himself? In the episodes he always says this. Indeed in the comic Lucy and Snufkin never really been lovers, but kinda really close friends.

but I just always figured he felt out of place with the Moomin family because they are not his real family,
hence why he always felt better alone.
I created Megan so he might perhaps discover a family with her.

Lol... he clearly said that he goes in Moominvalley because he likes to spend the summer with his friends... perhaps I'm a kind of person like Snufkin. I don't believe in family, I like to be on my own. That's why I understand that kind of character...
