It'd be quite interesting, especially since she lets some of her biggest friends donate designs and other concepts to her webcomic (Emerald comes to mind).
So I see this "C-Project" is a series of yours. Would I be aloud to contribute one of my OC's to the project, (commissioned or not) or is this only for close friends and people you respect?

It'd be an honor if she does adopts my alteration for her design as canon but I'll let her decide when she wants Ame to have a somewhat new look yet still sticks to original.
C-Project is currently on "open beta" as you probably could call it. I have 41 of them definitely enlisted, 30 unsure on titles and rest of 29 still undecided. You can definitely link me to your OC references and I'll be able to see if any of them can be added to that unknown 29 cards.
Usually I pick one OC per person.

That wiki page is all your characters? Never thought about making a wiki based on my own characters before either. Kind of like a fun idea.

When it comes to nailing down who my personal faves are, it's kinda tough, as you said.
If you want to do my main character, Aozora [link] would be the one you're looking for. If you want a female instead, it would either be Keisha [link] or a tie between Fakhriya [link] and Shinobu [link] . You may pick any one, and as long as I have your Paypal address, I'll get the funds in as quick as possible.

Your Aozora is very interesting character, might consider him when I come up with a good title.
As for commission, which character do you prefer? Usually I don't charge until the line art is done and approved by you.

I originally planned to pay for Aozora's inclusion in the C-Project instead of a separate pic entirely unrelated to the project. With his title, it should be something related to skies, wind, etc, so it fits both his real name and his hobby.

The C-Project isn't something people can pay their way in. I don't mind taking the references and offers for suggestions of people's characters but I'd still need to come up and find the needs to include them.
Aozora looks more like an adventurer to me with that hat.

That's no problem, Aozora is actually on a pretty high possible list since I do not have any characters I found that has "adventurous soul" attached. Think Aozora just need some cool gadgets or weapons.

With the commissioned art, I know you like to do cute things, so I have a character of mine that accomplishes that and is also someone I've never commissioned before. I'll send you the note on him.

An illusion type is greatly needed to balance the combat and healing types we've seen so far, and she looks the type to fill the role with that cheeky grin firmly in place the whole time.

Originally her head is actually smaller, it was kind of weird so I just changed it and also fixing up a few places when I stared at her line art for a while.
