Description
Another Hero Machine practice picture to get re-acclimated with my girls, this time Vanessa Miller aka Nightingale. Inspired by this picture fav.me/ddv3xjg and accompanying story by my friend . My head canon: In a new partnership/initiative between the Platinum Hills Police Department and the Steel City Police Department, Detective Vanessa Miller signs up to join the Meta Human Response Team headed by Major Ashley Coleson for a six month tour.For Vanessa's look, I went back and forth between trying to make her look like Cassie Cage in Mortal Kombat X and, Black Widow's iconic comic book look...with Black Widow winning out. Vanessa has most of her Nightingale equipment with her multi-piece staff and wrist mounted computer. Her gun is her normal service pistol instead of her Dreamcatcher tranquilizer gun. Since I forgot to download a picture of her face, she's wearing a black leather choker around her neck with Nightingale emblem as a charm as well as her MHRT badge.
I also did a variant of Vanessa in the same suit, but in dark blue similar to a SWAT team member sta.sh/029kfqsyfra9 .

Great work AV, nice look that follows that style CV has been using for her MHRT outfits. I think I like the black a bit more than the SWAT Blue.

If there's a way that you and CV can make this work, I would love to see it. Besides having another pretty bird on the team, it would open up some team-up options in her heroic identity...plus Tessa wants Vanessa on her rec league team because she wants to go undefeated this season.

Well Vanessa and Andrea(Inquisitor) are dating and don't get a lot of time together, so having Vanessa come to Steel City would be very nice for a certain detective...

There's a little bit going on the background with Vanessa and Andrea being in a long distance relationship, but we have get them to officially meet first lol.

Very cool, the Inquisitor would certainly enjoy having Vanessa in town on a more permanent basis, though Director Foley may get wary about managing so many heroines in his department, lol.

Personally I like the blue better than the black as I think the dark grey holster and belt looks better, but I like the overall look.

The blue is a good look, gets more of a specialized police department feel than female spy/secret agent.
