Description Meaning "word crest" from nahuatl "tlatolli" and combined with greek "lophos", is a species of hadrosauruid dinosaur belonging to the tribe parasaurolophini, it lived in the campanian stage of the late cretaceous period around 73 to 72.5 million years ago.

Tlatolophus from the Cerro del Pueblo formation of coahuila, mexico lived along with other dinosaurs such as Coahuilaceratops, Kritosaurus, Latirhinus, Velafrons, Paraxenisaurus, Richardoestesia, some several undescribed species of dinosaurs and one genus of pterosaur called pteraicnhus.

In this illustration, i drew a tlatolophus doing ( speculative ) mating call, a small number pteraicnhus and two of it's fellow species in the background, the setting of the environment is in a dry marsh wetland and the coast is in the other side of the mountains. I drew a type of cirrus cloud called "Cirrus fibratus" beneath those are low-level clouds that we commonly see everyday, also there are 2 puddle and 7 bushes in the ground.
