Description This dinosaur is a well known species of tyrannosaur related to the famous Tyrannosaurus rex, known to science due to many bones that was discovered in alberta, canada, they're bigger than you but smaller than T.rex, Tarbosaurus and their other relatives. There many are fossils of albertosaurus from dry island buffalo jump provincial park, a site that is known for it's bone bed containing dozens of albertosaurus individuals, it shows evidence that this tyrannosaurs lived in groups and probably hunted in packs just like other theropods such as allosaurus and the large carcharodontosaur mapusaurus.

Albertosaurus lived in the late cretaceous from around 70 to 68 million years ago, they went extinct 2 million years before the appearance of T.rex and the cretaceous-paleogene extinction event.

Artist's commentary: This illustration depicts albertosaurus walking in the wetlands in the late cretaceous of alberta, it's either travelling alone or searching for prey, i tried my best to draw and render the water and the background, the colors i picked for the albertosaurus's skin that i drew is great. I'm happy for this illustration( ╹▽╹ ).
