THIS ... is amazing.
I would say more, but I'm kind of speechless now and oh - the Feels-Train just arrived, you'll find me crying to "Stand by me" and remembering the ending of this masterpiece.

Woo! FFXIII-VS is going to be awesome. I think you capture the new character's details perfectly. I could imagine the recent characters require less guess-work than older ones such as, say, Exdeath, since they are realistic already instead of an anime style that you would have to transfer.
The hair details are epic; did you use an H pencil for those parts? Your portraits are epic and depict the legacy of FF character design wonderfully.
