The first thing I notice with this piece is the crisp definition with the hair. The layers and the flow of direction is what gives the appearance of 3rd deminsion, even though it's a 2d piece. The over all expression of this is beautifully crafted and very well executed and is highly successful with the angle of the face. This piece is sharp, is very detailed, has great contrast, and is very clean.
The only thing I see that may need some attention is the top lip. It needs to stick out a little past the face, but not too much.

Hope I like it? Without a doubt, I utterly love it. So cute and realistic, it's almost like a photograph. I love how shiny and smooth her hair is, the dark eyelashes and eyeliner, the impeccable shading, the overlap of hair over the eyebrows and skin... And you also captured the Final Fantasy art style so well. It seems that you can essentially emulate any art style you attempt. Wonderfully done, clean, neat, and just utterly lovely to look at.
