Description There are several websites that giving this source of info about starwars main language but they are too small and with a bad quality so I make it bigger and more qualityfull.
Also put it in a frame to make it more visiable.

Now You can read the words in
Starwars The Clone Wars animated.

is there also a font so i can type the aurebesh letters ont eh computer o.o
i mean, like in a browser or so, on public websites and so on
i mean, i can copy and paste japanese characters into textfields of websites, but i can't do the same with aurebesh characters.
everytime i do that i just shows up the normal words with normal letters ^^
so anyone got an idea how this could work? ^^

already got that one and when i copy the words written in aurebesh and paste them into a textfield there's just the normal word shown up, shown with our normal letters.

i meant something like this --> ず, γ‚Ί (zu, zu)

i can copy & paste the japanese letters in here but can't do the same with aurebesh letters, then it's always --> zu, zu

got what i mean? hehe

B-l-u-e-y In reply to TheMaster111 [2012-08-31 03:25:21 +0000 UTC]

yes cause Aurebesh isnt a real language and have no place in predefined symbols in operating system.

[link]

So means :/ no unicode no copy paste

when in Episode 1 The phantom Menace... when Anakin and R2 fly into space and R2 finally unlocks the Autopilot... He sends a message to Anakin..

The Aresh letters are backwards... why is this?

someone in lucas art messed that scene up quite bad thats why.It was later fixed in some versions by simple putting scene into mirrored look.

Have you found any use for the double letter symbols at the bottom of the list? When i see people writing Aurebesh and they use the word THE, nobody uses the TH letter

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

B-l-u-e-y In reply to Not0fthiswor1d [2012-02-28 12:12:07 +0000 UTC]

Those are for special races, aurebesh is a written language designed to be useable by all races of Corusant and Republic.

Not0fthiswor1d In reply to B-l-u-e-y [2012-02-28 13:26:00 +0000 UTC]

I wonder who uses them, or if i am allowed to write using those to shorten words. Example M A Y TH E F O R C E B E W I TH Y O U. I wonder if I am allowed to use letters like the TH or the SH symbols. I did see an add for Fisher Space Pens written in Aurebesh in a science magazine.. it was written F I SH E R S P A C E P E N. they did use the SH... So this is why I am so confused because in some instances they are used, and some they are not. And there is not enough detail online on how to write correctly in Aurebesh.. just like the alphabet called Elder Futhark, There are a lot of double letter characters, but that language of Futhark was meant for people who spoke Nordic languages such as the Vikings whereas Aurebesh was written with English (Basic in Star Trek) in mind.

I just wish there was a guide on the usage of the letters... I'll continue to play Star Wars the old republic and read the buildings and signs until i find the correct way to use the letters.

Maybe I'll create a guide sometime so that others wont have to question like me.

Maybe you should I only post it on here so people on Deviantart can find.I quite sure there are tons of websites with same knowledge but you should be aware starwars never finished and George Lucas keep adding stuff and it seems he will be keep adding stuff till he die this causing frustration among fans nothing is clear.Movie saga now killed with Clone wars animated saga.THERE is no clone trooper named "Rex".Makers of clonewars animated said ok we will add Ahsoka like in oomic book and then Luke and Alpha17 *17th of first 100 clones of jango fett later used as a commando unit cause they were too much like Jango Kaminoans said they are too independent and failed experiment* George Lucas said you cannot add alpha17 like in comics it would destroy clone trooper image ... <.< they created commander REX instead which have no backstory

i understand about the series in general. But I am quite sure that Aurebesh will not change. I was just curious if there is somewhere I can look up to find out if I am able to use the Double Letter symbols like Thresh. So far there are no websites that explain this.

and why is there a TH letter if i saw in the movies and games that the words like "the" and "there" have separate lettering using T and H as their own letters instead of the Combined TH... i cannot find anywhere that teaches me how to use these letters.
