You were up early or haven't slept at all Erik. I'm glad you redid this and curious as to where you r going to set the type. I enjoy the perspective that you are using but feel you can sell the perspective and shot more because it's so extreme.
So if you don't mind a classmate's advice, here goes.
The background is almost working. The thing that throws it off is the front figure which can be fixed.Just position his foot higher on the picture plane.
As for the pavings, emphasize the vp as you did with the test tube. iYou may need to curve the test tube to follow the surface of the road more.
Dr Jeckyll's thigh is short. Awesome expression though.
I like the sketchiness almost minimal use of line of the buildings on the right hand side. The over rendering of the left part of the background could be toned down more for the simple fact it detracts from Mr Hyde. It's like three bold lines (sky building, ground) . maybe it would of been better left as hatching.
If that seems to in depth let me know or hide the comments. It's good but you can make it look excellent by reworking it. Great idea and a very hard to pull off.

ooo I didn't realise jekyll's thigh was wrong until you mentioned it lol and yeah I'll fix the perspective up it seems almost too extreme to go from complete curved to normal.
aaaand yeah didn't sleep when I'm on a roll with my work I just keep working!
