actually this is my intrepretation/ illustration of my favorite poem, and the infamous also,"the raven" by edgar allan poe.
i like the theme and feeling this poem evokes..
how can one potray moods in words that are not descriptive?
a genius work this poem is...
i'm not much of a poem lover, but this one,
i must admit i'm touched..since then i've been reading many poems, i like r. tagore's works too..
well then, "nevermore", every one!

Great color and great overall composition. Theres not alot one could find wrong with this. I really like the way you warped the text. It helps move the eye around the picture. The only thing I could say is maybe take the smaller raven and sharpen it up just a little- give the eye something a little more definite to focus on. Other than that, well done, and it fits damned well with the poem!

I love that poem (and most of Poe's work). You did a great job capturing the feel of the poem with this picture. Very nice.
My only suggestion would be to actually show the raven sitting on the chamber door, but it's still good.
