That was certainly a surprise, that pink yoshi is Yoshi and Birdo's child?

Yes, it is MCGoldYoshi 's version of their child.

Oh, I see. Maybe its because I'm not looking properly but I hardly see YoshixBirdo.

BUSTED! Eeeeven though she "did" have a "legitimate" excuse. But what your Parents say ALWAYS goes! Β

Ya know Yoshi is in lecture mode when he holds that finger up! Β

If your parents catch you at midnight, you know you're in trouble, no matter what the excuse

Ooh, the lecturing finger of death!

You're very welcome!

Shelly was SURE they were asleep..... Guess they have incredible intuition Β

Maybe it was Yoshi's tongue sense.

I knew my mom always had a good motive for lecturing, but I think one "Don't do this" and I'm good

Sometimes I get SOooo exhausted I'll just tell them what they wanna hear so I can leave (Even if I'm thinking the opposite of what they're telling me in my head )

What was Shelly doing?

MCGoldYoshi In reply to PeanutSmurf [2019-08-08 07:07:15 +0000 UTC]

She was trying to sneak out of her house, in the middle of the night. (Her friends are also doing the same thing (sneak out of their houses) as well.)Β

Typical teenage rebellion, eh?

Well not exactly, one of her friends has gone missing and nobody has found anything yet. So Shelly and the rest of her other friends decided to take matters into their own hands. Unfortunately none of their parents want the 'children' involved. (Plus sneaking out at Midnight, is already enough reason for parents not to be very happy with their kids. ) Shelly and her friends agreed to meet at the Mushroom Kingdom, unfortunately Shelly gets caught before she can walk out the door.

Yes, things get rather messy.

These 3 pictures basically explain it.Β  Shelly got busted, which unfortunately means that her friends get busted as well.

Oh, man. They probably should have told their parents first instead of trying to sort it out themselves.

MCGoldYoshi In reply to PeanutSmurf [2019-08-09 02:39:47 +0000 UTC]

Oh they already knew that their parents wouldn't allow them to help... But they knew their friend was in trouble and didn't like having to stand around and do nothing (especially when the adults weren't coming up with anything). Definitely wasn't smart to sneak out, but they thought their reasoning was valid, unfortunately it was STILL breaking the rules, so consequences come with it...Good intentions or not.

How did their friend get out of trouble, then?

MCGoldYoshi In reply to PeanutSmurf [2019-08-09 04:18:49 +0000 UTC]

Well this concept is pretty old and to be completely honest, I never got the story complete. But this plot DID have two separate outcomes, one is the one you see here (Shelly getting caught leaving and thus getting the rest of her friends busted as well.) While the other outcome had Shelly and the other ACTUALLY succeeding in getting out of their houses and meeting up (and starting their search) only for all of them to be kidnapped, by the same villain who had kidnapped their friend. With the said villain using them as leverage for their parents (when the parents go looking for them later). Shelly and her friends would find a way to escape and help their parents defeat the villain (but I never got the full details as to how figured out). It was an incomplete story, that I could never finish. I like certain elements of the stories, but now years later some of the elements I feel wouldn't work and on top of that my motivation has been focused elsewhere. (Mainly my Lasses and Lads plot among other ideas as well.) Most likely this series won't be completed, I just don't have the motivation nor ideas to add to it.
