Vaporeon underwater! I'm not sure if the Bubbles are too much :/ .. buuut it looked too bare without them!This was a bit of fun and a practice, its about as far as my skills go right now! Hope its okay and thanks for looking!

I think the bubbles look good, but like Zephroth said, they need a little transparency. Other than that, it's awesome!
