Drawn in Photoshop CS5 with a Wacom Bamboo Fun Tablet
the brush presets I used were all made by me ^_^
Duration: about 2 hours?
I was originally going to make it so you were looking at Lapras from inside the water looking up at it, but I messed up... and ended up keeping it like this
Drawn for 's "Draw me a Pokemon" activity
I can't become the next caller yet, but I just couldn't resist drawing Lapras--I've actually always wanted to draw one, but just never felt inspired or motivated
until now 
p.s. don't laugh at my terrible ocean coloring please LOL T__T

The perspective looks a bit odd with the way the water is now but I think the ocean colouring is fine c:
