Thanks!Β I usually have an idea of what I want an outfit to look like, and then I look for prop models that will work, regardless of how they are textured. Sometimes I only have to re-color a prop, but sometimes I have to make a new texture. I'm trying to learn how to model my own props now.

That is exactly how and when I do it. Β I don't like out of the box designs...I appreciate them but I'm always looking to see if I can dissect an outfit and mix it up with other stuff. That's one of the reasons I got pissed at the G2's. The G1 Genesis model had so much going for it but Daz wanted to do something old so they separated the genders again. You honestly can't tell from my renders that I use the G1 almost exclusively but mine is compatible all the way back to V3 so wardrobe combinations are nearly infinite. I am also learning how to create content though I am making it more for my own needs than anything else. I actually made some armor once just a vest but it worked I just couldn't figure out how to export it. Well as always thanks for sharing and if you get the chance pop by my web site and take a peek at my comic...it's just the very beginning but it's ONLY the beginning.Β

The armor is from M4 Wildenlander with textures from the Shades of Atlantis add-on. I retextured the pants and used a shader for the chainmail.
