OH SHIT , DUDE  ! I have seen that  !  Completely forgot about it ! That's from the aborted Blomkamp thing, right ?    My idea came from the Walking Dead when they cover themselves with zombie guts to blend in with the walkers.  Thought about what that would be like if it was done with a xenomorph skin but of course, being me, I had to sexualize it   NOt going to deny that the Blomkamp thing may have inspired me also. That is a rather awesome idea

Yes, it's concept art for a Blomkamp project that never got off the ground. Which is a shame because it can't possibly have been as detrimental to the Alien legacy as Prometheus or Alien: Covenant

I remember the whole "blending in with the dead" thing. I think in a few of the Alien books, they did something similar - albeit without actually slathering themselves with bits of dead xenos, for obvious reasons...

The Alien franchise really needs to do... something! Something new. Ridley returning, well... Alien 3 and Resurrection... probably a busted flush but hey, he's doing stuff:
