Though the Shrive are referred to as a single race, they are actually a conglomeration of different races all referred to as “the Shrive”. Most Shrive races never leave their home planet of Palio. They were once enemies of the Earth, but has long since become Earth's allies, and both planets have significant populations of both races.
Origins
The Shrive come from the planet Palio. Palio is a tropical world remarkably similar to Earth in size, climate and environmental diversity, orbiting a remarkably similar yellow star. Palio consists of three continents and three oceans, and is orbited by four moons. The planet features a wide variety of life forms both animal and plant, as well as several ethnic groups of sentient life forms
