Description
This photo/never-ending sickness has been a learning process:1 - When taking obscene doses of ibuprofen combined with prescribed drugs for a sinus and ear infection, the urge to make bright-red/pink/orange-cornered pictures is overwhelming.
2 - Do not take self-portraits when sick. The desire to name the file 'shitbucket.png' will, in fact, be carried out.
3 - Snowflake textures on top of bedhead-hair looks like dandruff. Yet... nothing is done about said fact, and the texture remains.
4 - When a coughing fit is tickling at your throat, a cup of water should be nearby to avoid tripping over and falling onto a collection of scissors on the way to the sink.
5 - No matter what measures are taken to steer clear of Disturbed's 'Down with the Sickness', it is impossible to stop singing when ailing. (Along with other songs about mentioning illnesses in the titles, even if it's not what the song is actually about.)
6 - From now on, makeup should really, really be applied prior to photo-taking sessions, especially when under the weather, to avoid looking like a sleep-deprived crack whore.
7 - Midnight feels more like 4 a.m., which is absolutely disgusting.

yeah i had that with down with the sickness, once, i was tossing and turning all night with a serious fever and it was yelling itserlf ind=side my head and it wouldnt be quiet. i thought the snowflake thing looked more like invisible sickness particles in the air after you cough, if u could see them. bur it might just be the title thatk amked me think that.

Well, I wouldn't say you gorgeous there, you look sick. However as a portrait and arts, it is a quiet good portrait. Just having smiling people all around isn't that fun either.

Since you're sick, I'll keep my comment short and sweet. Easy to digest, and hopefully able to give you a smile.
1 - The bright-red/pink/orange corners are definitely nothing to feel self concious about - they add a sort of sickly, uncomfortable feeling to the picture, and it's definitely a little off-putting. I'm not sure that would be a good thing for other artists, but given you're other dark work, it fits in perfectly with your usual, unsettling, horrific pictures.
2 - The fact that it's a self-portrait of a sick person works perfectly too. I'll be honest, it's not the most attractive picture of yourself that you've taken, but on the up-side, you seriously look dead. I'm not sure a healthy person could do such a good job of it. It's wonderfully unsettling.
3 - I'm not sure I agree with you on the dandruff front. Instead, it reminds me of old bugs bunny cartoons, where spotted vision was always a symptom that people were sick... I'm also thinking airborne bacteria, or something along those lines. I think the idea of "zombie" entered my head somewhere, and the texture just seems to work with that.
4 - Having a collection of scissors as a random obstacle sounds like something from old cartoons too.
5 - 'Down with the Sickness' is a fantastic song to have stuck in your head.
6 - Sleep deprived, yes, but your nose looks too healthy for that of a crack whore. Maybe you should try something along those lines in your next picture.
7 - Disgusting, agreed. It's better if 4am feels like midnight.

Your artist comment is way too amusing. And you look innocent in this picture (without all the make up and dark editing). A smile might make that innocence come out even more and would go greatly with the pink and blue hues.

I'd ask the same question ItsxMagik. But we can barely have some answer to this question ; there's no sickness to mess a beauty's beauty. Of course her weird looking can't be avoid because of all those dam drugs ^^ but even a weird looking goddess stays a goddess, so watever what happens she'll stay beautyfull, well... in a way. Now let's worship her in front of our computer screen as we all should !
