An older shot, but I thought it would be perfect for 's contest "New Beginnings"! To me this photo screams new life and new beginnings for these tiny little birds developing in the safety of their eggs.These are cardinal eggs...I did not disturb the nest as I shot this while mama was off finding herself something to eat.
