So it's been a while since I've done a HetaOni pic! One of my first Hetalia pictures was a HetaOni one, and recently I rewatched/played the game, so I wanted to make another.

I hate effects. I really do. Its so hard to do on sketchbook express.
And lol look! It's in my doujin style XD The face is off I know, but I'm too lazy to fix it. This didn't take me that long either.

But it's meant to be sad! Did I do a good job?
