Well not exactly he had darker green stripes on the sides of his head and had a lighter green circle on his belly but I guess u could call him that cuz he had blue eyes

reminds me of the chao i had in sonic adventures; she was pink with spikes like that, she was so cool;
she learned so faced, she knew how to swim, how to run, how to fly and she defeaded that black chao everytime
she also loved me alot and run to me whenever i wistled to her
then one day, the game crashed...i really miss her TT^TT

Shadow chaos are more difficult to make though, I would suggest making a Sonic one first since the method is similiar
For a Sonic chao you basically get a blue egg and hatch it then pet the chao with Sonic AND Shadow equally until the chao has little ears and quills then you give it green drives up to level 15 (run) wait for it to evolve and it'll look like Sonic :3 keep on giving it green drives to make its speed better and when it evolves again the quills will be longer and the ears will be pointier

For Shadow its the same method except you start with a neutral chao and pet it with Shadow until it turns black or a REALLY dark grey colour, then boost its speed to level 15 as well, Pet it with Sonic as well until it gets ears and spikes again then when it evolves it should be blackish in colour and have green stripes. Keep on giving it green drives then when it evolves again it should have red stripes instead

You use seperate chao XD
One to turn into Sonic (a blue one) and one to turn into Shadow (neutral)
For the Sonic chao it doesnt matter which level you raise the "run" to just as long as you can see three little pointy things coming out of the chao's head and it'll have tiny pointy things on its head which will evolve to ears (for the Sonic chao make sure you don't pet it TOO much otherwise it'll turn into a blue Hero Chao, with Shadow if you pet him too much it'll turn into a blue Dark Chao) The ball on its head should be a yellow/green sort of colour
