Description My definition of Halloween = dress-up time regardless of whatever costumes. xD

Unfortunately, I have never celebrate Halloween before. >3< You don't just knock on people's houses and expect to get a trick or treat in my area. Most likely you will end up at the guard houses or receive a good lecture. xD

Anyhoo, this was something that pop up between ~Dumpling-Canai on one of our chats. So I just modified his character and dress her up with a fluffy feather. =]

Haha, no wonder Halloween escaped our notice! xD It's a pity that Halloween is not officially celebrated in Malaysia though, it would have been so much fun. =/

I remember about a week after Halloween a bunch of kids and a few adults walked around my neighbourhood dressed up in costumes

There are rarely any theme parites (that I know of).
