He'd better hope that
(a) she's not underage (actually, since this is DA, she's not ... right? 
(b) her daddy's not wealthy and vindictive, and
(c) her daddy doesn't own a gun

The student was the master all along; the tutor just didn't know it. Excellent points you brought up. I addressed them, but that doesn't mean the tutor isn't toast. 
a) When I draw female students, I usually state that they're college girls, but neglected to do so this time. I should change the storyline a little.
b) If she connects to someone like her tutor well, I'm guessing she may not be paid much attention by her family members. So the father may not be taking enough of an interest in her life to be aware of this, and it's unlikely she will tell him.
c) Run!
