One day during the Autumn-holidays I felt like doing a photoshoot but my Fem!Prussia cosplay was not yet finished so I put some make-up on an a casual blue shirt! In some way I really like this picture of her since it is a bit mysterious.It is my own and natural hair colour since I am a proud albino XD

Well I have my costume but it was a bit quickly made since I needed it for Hetalia Day and I am a REALLY slow sewer. So I am not very satisfied with it but if you want to I can maybe upload a picture of it?

I need to find som contact lenses to even though my eyes are a bit pink/lilac(red/blue/something sometimes but just to power up the colour in my eyes - but that is just details

no, i havent; got any photos uploaded yet, it's almost finished, just waiting for my friend to get a new camera so we can do a proper photoshoot (the only camera i have is my DSi)
my eyes are usually a pale silver-green-lilac colour that looks turqoise from a distance, and under florescent lights they can look really lilacy but unless we're cosplaying at a hospital or supermmarket i'm gonna need lilac-pink contacts XD

Arh okay. Well I also need a new camera or a friend who has a got camera since the only one I got is my phone. 8,1 MPx, but I have had it for quiet some years so it is clearly not 8,1 anymore and... well it is just crap 8D

Me and my Spain will hopefully be having our cosplay photoshoot during summer vacation too. If it stops raining
my phone is dead but the photo quality on it was even worse than my DSi's
i've heard of supermarket cosplays but never in a hospital
in your photo your eyes look quite a dark blue
i found pink contacts, and purple contacts, but not ones that are both colours at the same time
Just out of curiousity, how good is your vision, from what i've read online, people with albinism generally have baddish eyesight, and i was wondering what your vision is like?

Well photoshoots are always nice to do in the summer because of the good weather.... Or the few days we have nice weather in Denmark XD
Lol XD Well I have "only" been scaring the life out of old people whenever I cosplay and.. God I remember that a local restaurant near my town also hates us because at one time we al ate there in Hetalia cosplays and they had a screen with the warring-thing-something that warns you not to copy moves and such things from a TV show was written in all kind of languages and as a Hetalia cosplayer that is a lot of fun.. Also we were running in a local suppermarket with Chibitalia screaming for pasta and pizza XD

As far as I remember you can get something called doubled coloured contacts that fades in two colours. But to be honest lenes are something I know most of
Aaw your are so kind to ask. Most people just look weird at you when you tell them your are an albino, or they look at you as if you were an idiot. But I have about 15% of vision - or something like that since my doctors can agree when it comes to my vision. But all people suffering from this kind of decease have bad vision since it always hits the eyes and in some cases the skin - as it is in my case. You can be an albino an still look "normal" according to skincolour, but you will always have a bad vision

when i was younger there was this superstitious old couple that used to get really scared at halloween when everyone dressed up as like vampires and ghosts and wherewolves and other hallweeny costumes, it was so funny XD
maybe it depends on the lighting, like
lots of light= pink/ pale blue eyes
less light= darker blue eyes?
I need those contacts then, i just need to find a place that sells them...

i think that's roughly 20/125 (why do different countrys have to use different ways of measuring vision?) so that's quite bad, can you improve our vision at all with glasses or contacts?
i think ocular albinism is just the eyes, and oculocutaneous albinism is the hair, eyes and skin, (but you can still have normal and eye colours)?
my friend actually wants me to get tested for albinism because of my eye colour, vision (normal vision is 20/20, mine can be anywhere between 20/25 and 20/150) and how sensitive my eyes are to light

Well maybe it is the light... or not. Because sometime they are red/pink whatever light there is. It also depends on with mood I am in. LOL have mood eyes, just like those rings you can get

Yeah 20/125 sounds right since it is 16%. Here we use 6/& for normal vision and I have about between &/48 (12,5%) and 6/30 (20%) since my doctors can't agree. And yes it is oculocutaneous and oculo. You will always have a bad vision no matter what kind of albinism you have since the missing genes or whatever always affect the eyes. Actually I had a doctor you believed and told every other doctors of mine that I was nt an albino, since it was just something I imagined XD Lol. But my eyes were not red or pink at that moment, so he said that since they are not these colours it was impossible that I was an albino. But I think it is just due to the general stereotype-isation of albinos, because I always get asked why I do not have red eyes all the time XD
- Well it could sounds as something like albinism, but I am not a doctor... But maybe you should go. It can't harm you
I have a bad vision and mistakes in my eye, I am sensitive to light, my eyes can't focus on one object and this courses my eyes to move back and forth all the time

wtf? for doctors you'd think they'd know that you dont have to have red eyes to be albino, but i suppose if all you ever see in movies the stereotypicial red eyes then it's easy confuse fact with fiction. my eyes only shake when i look sideways sometimes (my friend pointed it out, and actually filmed my eye for 5 minutes to show me because i didn't realiseXD).
when i look at close things my eye face outwards so i end up with double vision, and when i look at further away things my eyes cross so everything is extemely doubled and very blurry
