Dang i really want to play this game. it looks amazing.I doubt i will ever have a wii u or nintendo-sw...so I just hope it got pc port.... ...... .... ..haha..
There seems to be a working emulator.Β
I will probably avoid that since my pc can barely run android and 3ds emulator..

Also, if you get a used/refurbished Wii U, that'd cost at most about $200, and current Wii U firmware can be homebrewed to play 'backups' from USB. I'd be glad to assist in that procedure once you acquire a Wii U and hard drive for it.

Used/refurb'd Wii U shouldn't be terribly expensive, especially by Summertime, as kids sell 'em off. If you want to beef up your PC, check out a YouTube channel called "RandomGaminginHD". He focuses on buying older but capable hardware. Wanna play Fallout4 on hardware for less than it cost to buy the game? He's the guy.
