As long as you're subscribed you go to update journal, edit. Then you write in the header or footer (which stays there all the time) Full-colon, username, full-colon. Refresh page & it should come up

you could (depending on how big it is) scan it or photocopy it, or get it professionally duplicated, and then you dont need to worry about messing it up! mechanical reproduction baby! haha.
