Here it is!! The big Fables piece!! I ended up changing a lot from the sketch, but I am incredibly pleased with how it turned out. I really love doing big things like this, but getting the motivation to actually do them takes a lot. I’m glad I was able to use this concept for a class assignment, hehe. You can’t really see it here, but the spheres, Masamune’s sash and fins, and the cloth Motochika is holding have glitter on them.This piece is available as a print!

Hmm! Well, it started off with me listening to the Paprika soundtrack while driving through the mountains. That turned into me researching Japanese mythology while listening to more Susumu Hirasawa music at the same time as reading Alice in Wonderland. And of course, I mix everything with SenBasa.
