Yaaay another One Piece fanart!
At first I didn't liked her at all, but now I think she one of the best characters, being so cute and funny while Luffy is around. (:
And I made her a little Luffy plushy so she wouldn't feel so alone while Luffy's on his voyage to become the pirate king.^^
Aaaaaand she's in a chibi form this time!
