Description
Unicorns, despite their association with purity and beauty, are some of the most fearsome and dangerous predators to ever walk the Human World. Their signature horn, valued by many for its supposed magical properties, is in fact a deadly weapon, allowing them to take down even the most difficult prey. They can typically be found in mountains and highland meadows, hunt in small packs of around 4-5 individuals, and prey on medium-to-large herbivores such as yaks, goats and sheep.

Note the vestigial wings on the back. Most of unicorns in the herd are flightless – but every breeding season, a queen would produce a small number of alate individuals whose wings are fully developed. Upon reaching maturity, they would engage in nuptial flight, mate with alates from other herds and eventually go on to establish new unicorn nests.
