this is what I've been working on for the past few weeks
btw I'm like obsessed with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles again but this time it's the 2012 version uvu
TMNT was my life when I was a little bab
I CHANGED HER SPECIES AND PERSONALITY LIKE 500 TIMES I'VE NEVER BEEN SO INDECISIVE ABOUT A CHARACTER
AND I'M STILL NOT SURE

Name (Nickname): Charlie (Sparky)

Age: 16

Gender: Female

Species: Inland Taipan

-Physical Details-
-She has scars/scratches everywhere.
-Usually is covered in oil,grease, or dirt

Build/Body Type/Physical Frame: She's pretty muscular (I didn't draw it that way cause I can't even muscle) because of her hobby

Height: Slightly smaller than Raph (there's so many heights for the turtles I just don't know anymore)

Weight: bro that's not nice to ask a lady (in other words: idfk)

Skin:
She has really smooth scales

Hair: Dark Red/tangled most of the time/ long af

Eyes: Orange-yellow

Other defining features/extra anatomy:
She has fangs (venom included) and a black tongue (uses it just like a snake does)

Habits:
-She doesn't really think things through. She just kinda...does..them.
-She gets frustrated and angry easily

Voice:
She has a thick ass Australian accent but is usually quiet and calm

Style:
Pretty clumsy

Clothing:

-tools are on the back of her waist belt
-her handkerchief is usually loose around her neck

-Personality-
She avoids contact with humanity(mutants too) most of the time but she can be pretty wild once you get to know her. She is portrayed as a reckless and wild individual who neglects her responsibilities. She's the type to be having a conversation with someone one moment and chasing after a passing cat the next.

- Without her tongue she can't smell all that well

-History/Background-
She was born into an Australian zoo and was loved by her zookeeper,Chris(was the only one who knew how to handle the most venomous snake in the world). Charlie had to be remove from the zoo because she was too dangerous for the people. Chris was the only one she had trusted. Chris couldn't let her go so he made her his pet. He would talk to her, and taught her all kinds of things (where her combat and tinkering skills came from). One day Chris was walking home, he was hit,by a drunk driver, and killed. The family of Chris decided to sell his house and everything in it. The brother of Chris wanted to keep Charlie for himself but couldn't handle her. The brother sold her to a rich man in New York. The rich man didn't know anything about snakes but his little boy wanted them. The rich man had gotten a corn snake along with Charlie. The little kid named him Mr. grumples, but his actual name was Alfie. Alfie was scared of a lot of things except Charlie. Charlie would protect him like he was one of her own. Charlie knew she was no where near Chris. She had given up on finding him, but that didn't stop her from trying to escape. This family,like I said, had no idea what they were doing and treated the snakes poorly. Charlie had enough of this family. She tried many times to escape but the little boy always caught her. She waited until the little brat went to sleep and Alfie and her finally escaped. Her and Alfie looked for the perfect shelter and finally found it in the junkyard. It was a pile of scrap metal that made a small cave. Charlie would hunt for little Alfie, but forget about herself. She soon became weak and couldn't hunt as well anymore. It was coming to be the end of her lifespan, she was 9 after all. One day a glass tube fell from the sky and crashed near their little cave. Charlie slowly approached it with caution. It glowed but looked somewhat edible. She was desperate, she decided to take a little taste. She then mutated into what she is now. A year had past and Alfie was now 5. Alfie was coming close to his end as well. Charlie worried that he'd die so she fed him the goop hoping it'd have the same effect on him as it did her. Nothing changed,at least on the outside. The goop allowed Alfie to live longer than a normal snake, and much stronger as well.

Intelligence Level: average but excels in cars,weapons, and machinery

Coordination/Reflexes: she has snake like reflexesss

Fighting Style:
I can tell you one thing, it's definitely not ninjutsu

Unusual Abilities/Powers:
- can use her tail like another hand/leg
