This is a Vaporeon, my first of many to come 'evil' pokemon...
This one doesn't look so evil though, just a little dark....
Oh well! Yesh, the background can be found in my gallery, details are there. There were many layers of shading, and many smudges and blurring in this picture. Just to get that perfect water look? Those swirls down by its feet is water being pushed aside, because its swimming. Hey I tried....

So next time, when swimming, beware of a set of violet eyes, lurking in the shadows. Watching... Waiting..... Wanting....
