About time I got this up, eh? XD

She requested either a humpback whale or a king cheetah. I've never drawn a cheetah before, so I went with that.

Sorry for the wait on uploading this hun, I fail. :c

No crits, please. I've had this completed for months, and by now I can see my...many flaws. OTL

I absoultly adore how you did the lines here they look so fantstic
And the eyes : ) they are so pretty <3 it almost looks like the cheetah is daring you to race it.
And the textures you added in the background looks just stunning : D it really gives the effect that this was a cave painting or something : )

And those aren't added textures; that's the paper I drew it on. My mum has a load of scrapbook paper lying around, so I used a piece for this.

Well, the only reason she let me use this is because she mostly does digital scrapbooking now, so she doesn't have much use for the paper anymore. XD

King Cheetahs have been my fav wild cat since I was in grade 2, and I hardly ever see any art of them. This is very refreshing and nicely done.

Well, they're not really their own species - they're just a colour morph of the everyday cheetah. But you're right, they do have stunning markings.

Love the lineart here! And the eyes look so pretty. There really aren't noticeable flaws either, unless you wanted a really realistic look, but in a stylized way it looks wonderful

And yus~ The only parts in digital are the watermark and I slightly edited the white spots to the eyes - the scanner made them scan in grey. :c

It's so beautiful! What a beautiful king!

I admit i adore cheetahs. Magestic animals and being able to outrun and kill me in less than a minute. Mmm dark i know, but man i'd love to die that way =] DX

Pretty pretty pretty... What did you use for this? It looks like wood to me! If it isn't, you did a grat job making it look like that!

I used black and pink markers, acrylic paint and gel pens. The paper is one of many textures my mum printed out to use as scrapbook paper - she's losing interest in it and said I could use it.

Yes, i remember you using awesome paper, I didn't realize they came in so many varieties and textures! You must have a ton of them, they must be really fun to work with!

Wellll this was one she printed out from somewhere because we're cheap, lol but textures like this ([link] ) are ones I've made myself on plain white paper, and textures like this ([link] ) are ones I've added in digitally. It'll usually say in the description if I've added it digitally, as I'll have given credit to somewhere. c:
