Zoltan is a slang word from the Northwest Indiana / Chicago-land region of the United States. A zoltan is someone who has an unhealthy obsessions with things that are sometimes deemed "geeky" like comics, video games (particulary Dance Dance Revolution). What makes a person a Zoltan as opposed to a geek or what-have you is a Zoltan is showing interest in it becuase it is popular not because it is necessarily something they like or enjoy. So in turn they try to appear as if they are knowledgable in something that they actually have o appreciation for. A variation of this world is "Zoltar" which is also the name of some character from some cartoon I think.
