Day 4: Teru Teru Bozu

A ghost-like doll that is traditionally hung outside of a window or anywhere in the house, a Teru Teru Bozu is known as a charm to bring good weather and possibly stop rainy days.

They aren't yokai, but objects and items can turn into yokai if mistreated and went underused for a long time. Said item will become a yokai out seer neglect, these yokai can be malicious out of rage and may be able to cause supernatural phenomenons . . .
In this case, a mistreated Teru Teru Bozu can cause strong stormy weather.
