The is the last of the three biggest baddies the Night Watchers face, Moonstone's archnemesis. The Queen of the League of Leviathan, mother of the Thunder Dragon, Bianca Von Blitzmach. She prefers to go by her title... THE LEVIATHAN.

Born to the Von Blitzmach family, she lived in Castle Blitzmach located in southern Bayern, Germany, the headquarters of the League of Leviathan. Her mother is Levi Von Blitzmach, the fourth Leviathan. This family came from a group of Half-Dragons who descendants were Thunder Dragons, blue scaled, gigantic dragons who seek to rule over lesser creatures. For Levi, she used her power and the League attempt to take over the world, where she would obtain perfect order under her rule. No more pointless wars, no more conflicts, she would be the one to end it all. During her mission, she was halted by the Mythics, the premiere superhero team of the US at the time. To try an end them for good, Levi launched an attack on Lost Shine City, where the Mythics headquarters was. A hero stepped up to try and stop her, a young Moonstone. Surprisingly, Moonstone kept up and got the better of the dictator, until Levi unleased her Thunder Dragon form. Beaten nearly to death, Moonstone was about to receive the final blow from Levi. Suddenly, his best friend, Sodala, a woman with elemental waterpower, got in the way of the strike and was crushed to death by the dragon. In pure despair and rage, Caleb channeled his anger and hope for the future into his fight, using it to increase his strength and speed to fully defeat the dragon and have her revert to her human form. When she was being arrested, one of her generals, Jason Coldhaven, shot her dead for not giving the thousands of people she killed a second thought.

This leads to the oldest child of Levi Von Blitz, Bianca. She, unlike her brother Rainer, was dedicated to her mother's cause and the idea of a world under one rule under the League. When she heard of Levi's death, she was stricken with grief and a burning hatred for Moonstone. Although he was not the one who killed Levi, Jason was handled before, Moonstone made her mother look weak, humiliated and destroyed her pride before she died. Bianca would never forgive him for this. In an attempt to restore the League of Leviathan, she attempted to perform an ancient ritual to revive Levi from the dead. Moonstone and the remanence of the Mythics intervened. Despite it, she succeeded in the ritual, with her being caught in the explosion of negative energy, damaging her eyes exposing her blue dragon scales and turning her sclera black and her irises an Eletric blue. As the now undead mad dragon Levi was coming through, Moonstone disrupted the circle that summoned her and she was pulled back to the underworld.

Not only was Bianca's eyes affected by the negative energy, allowing her detect the vital signs and life of any creature, but it affected her mind by driving her insane. Now believing that only she was the only one who could revive the League of Leviathan and destroy the heroes who ruined their plans. But most of all, take revenge on the man who she believes ruined her life and her family's honor and pride. Even if he has this new team in the Night Watchers, she would have vengence on Moonstone.
