See...I see two things for this
So the first one (Which is the more probable): Swe has Den in his hands and is about to kiss him.
So the second one: Swe has Den in his hands, and is about to choke him. I like this idea more, because he could be about to kiss him, but instead chokes him (Why, IDK...).
Either of those choices fit perfectly with the words within the work, "So Easy" "So Easy to kiss him"; "So Easy to Hurt/Kill Him"

The things my mind sees when I look at your work sometimes...
I tend to see out the morbid details of even the happiest of settings...Glad you like the other idea though, it was the first thing I thought of, but I was like...Maybe it just going to be a kiss...but I put both down to satisfy my need to tell about it...
