I'm a pharmacology student that loves history, coffee, cats, sugar, and The Glitch Mob. Most of my writing on here is pretty rambling, and (hopefully) not very indicative of who I am as a person. I'm full-blood Armenian, and reading your profile was an extreme shock. I.. Don't know what to say. Good to know some people know what the word Armenian IS! Anyway - your writing is absolutely amazing. I don't know what to add to that statement, and you'll probably see my comment I gave on one of them soon enough so I suppose that would be an 'add on'. Thank you so much for this- I'm really glad to hear from an actual Armenian that they enjoy my writing, as I'd never want it to be offensive (since I'm not Armenian, myself, and still need to learn more about the culture). I was reread this (I have that habit...) and I can see where some offense may be taken. A few times, I was actually confused; but that's being me and my strange ability to almost never get offended.

Such as the Armenian genocide situation with Turkey, and you writing about that pairing. Personally, I think you have guts. Many Armenians and Turks absolutely flame on eachother. Sweating a little... Also, the general Armenian population has black eyes (middle eastern looking), so the fact your OC had green was surprising (though if you've seen the Armenians with rare green eyes, they are gorgeous). There are also a few other things, but for the most part, you got personality pretty spot-on. Have yet to find an Armenian who isn't fond of gathering with friends and playing music (guitar being very popular), it makes up my childhood, and your OC is the first I've seen who likes music.

Anywho, along with language, any questions about culture I'm open to answer as well. Have a good one!

I'm so sorry for the ArmTurk stories, if they've offended you! I completely understand if they do- their relations still aren't very good, but I suppose I have to explain: one of my male friends is gay and Armenian, and he loves to date Turkish guys, so I drew inspiration from his relationships. : O

Oh no! They didn't offend me at all! I was just a little concerned about you getting flamed by others, which I really didn't want. A heads up, if you will.
I have to admit that I'm really surprised to hear that. |D It makes me happy! I haven't come across any Armenian or Turk that so much as likes the other race, let alone loves dating them.

Don't be sorry, you haven't written anything offensive. c; No worries! A few times I found some of them a bit surprisingly, as I wasn't expecting anything like it, but I certainly wasn't offended. You're very welcome!

I haven't read all of your writing, but if you've got any questions on anything Armenian related, go ahead and ask! It should be common knowledge that we're always happy to spread awareness of our culture. ^^
I was born in Austria and lived there for quite a while, but had to move to America for financial reasons. My family moved to Austria where I was born because before they were in Iran, and there was the conflict between Iran and Iraq along with just the general reason being Iran. I love both America and Austria. Aww Aww Aww Aww Aww

I'm in the U.S. currently, actually. Went back to Austria for a little while, but I'm here again! I live in the Pacific North West, Washington.
Glendale, California? I visited there once to see my cousins. There are more Armenians in Glendale then I thought were in America! It was nice, for once I could walk up to the person behind the cash register when buying something and end up speaking in Armenian instead of English. New, because I wasn't able to do that before. There are also a lot there who speak Farsi, if I remember. Glad there's still a healthy community over there! California was never really my place, but do you like it over there?
