Mintfur and her brother One-Ear are patrolling the Driftclan border's checking for any scent of intruders or if scent needed to be remarked. Mintfur sniffs the air gently spying a mouse not 2 feet infront of her and gets read to attack

Owlgaze's eyes flicked and her nose twitched as she searched for the juiciest of prey. Any tiny movement would charge her with energy to bring her prey down. maybe a plump mouse, or a large juicy hare would appear, leaping into her jaws in the welcome of being eaten. She lay her soft belly against the cold forest floor, her legs were tense, ready to spring at any moment. Her tail not making a twitch, she inhaled sharply, taking in all the scents of the filled prey resort.
She exhaled as her scent glands filled with a delicious scent.
Target sighted.

A sudden snarl is heard as One-Ear stand's infront of her "Your to close to Driftclan Territory!" his fur is raised on end and his sharp claws out and ready to protect his clan. MintFur run's over quickly "what's the trouble?!" she spots Owlgaze "oh hello there." she gives a friendly smile as her brother growls "MintFur this is a trespasser! Not a Friend!". Mintfur rolls her eyes "I don't see any reason why she cant be"

"Well, excuse me!" Owlgaze snapped back at One-ear," I'm not directly on Driftclan territory am I? So I wouldn't be trespassing!"
She hated to agree that she was to close, but to call her a trespasser? Why, she'd never!
"Well then!" she spat at One-ear," I'll just be on my way."
She turned and gave Mintfur a formal, respectful nod, then took a glare at One-ear, afterwards stalking angrily off in search of new prey.
Great! Now I have to find new prey! She thought irritably.That juicy rabbit could still be around here somewhere......

A loud mewl calls after her "hey!" Mintfur follows Owlgaze but along the path of her own territory " I would like to know your name if that's ok ..maybe we could talk awhile to" she reaches from behind and drags a dead rabbit off her back "I just caught it ^^"

"Oh, thank you! My name's Owlgaze, what's your's?" she mewed calmly, walking up to the she-cat but staying well on her side of the territory.

She places it down " Im MintFur ..the big lump ofย foxdung you met was my big brother One-Ear I apologize for his behavior" she smiles shyly sitting down to lick her paw

"I can see how much of a dung he is," she snorted, already disliking that tomcat. Then looking back at the big lump of dead rabbit on the ground she asked hesitantly,"You are a very thoughtful cat, but can we be really sure that its okay to give me the prey that you caught?" She lifted her gaze off the carcas and looked at Mintfur's gaze pensively.(thoughtfully)

Mintfur smiles " you spotted it first didn't you..therefore its yours ...right?"
she tilts her head gently looking down at the rabbit " well....we don't want to get in trouble though"

Owlgaze smiled sweetly," Heh, we sure don't,"ย
She bent down and picked up the mouthwatering rabbit, nodding her thanks to Mintfur," Maybe next time we could meet more appropriately at a gathering."

Mintfur smiles brightly " Id love that! "

"That's great!" Owlgaze smiled back," Well, see you when the next gathering comes!" she muffled the mew, then, waving her tail in farewell, she walked back to her camp, watching as the outline of Mintfur grow smaller as she went.
