As you may notice, I love working with a blue+pink color scheme.
I had a blast while drawing this, not gonna lie.

Here I decided to imagine, what would happen if Balan and NiGHTS swapped roles. Balan is now an rebel nightmaren who helps dreamers and NiGHTS is a mysterious maestro, who restores people's hearts.
I didn't want to give them recolored versions of each others' outfits, so I tried to adapt their own colors and elements into the aesthetic of the opposite. I'd say that I'm pretty proud of myself. I don't know how well you can see it, but I tried to give Balan's jester hat a heart shape. Just thought that it'd be a neat easter egg to what he's canonically doing (repairing hearts, duh). Also here I'm using my headcanon hair color for NiGHTS, yay.
