Celia Rhodes used to be a normal human teen.
She was shy, always trying to please her strict dad with her good grades, and she had a secret crush on Nate Martin, one of her friends in highschool.
She found a bucket of atomically-charged rainbow paint, got one drop on her skin, and it turned her into a toon version of herself: Silly Road!
As Silly Road, she's happy, insane, doesn't care what anyone thinks of her, won't stop flirting with Nate, and wants to use her paint to turn more people into toons!
