Cosmos and Mars basking in the sunlight.Cosmos died this year, but I took this picture earlier this year. She was a grey/silver Egyptian Mau; Mars is a red Abyssinian that I flew to Boston to pick up from a shelter. They were starting to get along with each other.
I blurred slightly to reduce camera noise, scaled the image down, and sharpened it to compesnate for the blur + scale.

great shot, i can't get my cats to stay still long enough for a picture. i like the lighting and playful nature of the photo. very nice.

Thanks! Cats are most active around dawn and dusk, so photograph them in the warm sun in the early afternoon and it's easier
