Diesel was an amazing cat. He recently lost his battle with bone cancer at the age of 5. I was blessed to get to know him over the past few months. He will be greatly missed.Acrylic on clay ~4 inches diameter

I love your art, and even though I obviously have never known the animals you paint, I'm a bit sad everytime I see a new piece because I know the animal has died... But it's a wonderful thing you're doing and I think it 's a good thing sometimes to think about these sad things (sorry for the incoherent sentences, but this is not my native language).

It is always a sad day when I get a new subject but I must say that doing these little portraits gives me a little peace with the entire event. Thanks for the kind comment.
