Subject Quinta-Eight, failed experiment of "Project T.O.A. Rebirth", now known as SlagPaw. This villain was responsible for leading a pack of wayward villains/vigilantes on a chaotic rampage. Barely caught by a hero who went renegade to recover his teammates (heads were melted by SlagPaw in front of him), this recent inmate has been freed by an Agent of his creator, Lo'qua, shortly after the breakout.
In efforts to save his life, Hero Factory Scientists have successfully stabilized the nanocellular technology that provided him with his mutation, as well as his mind, making the now named "Solar Beast" even more of a predator than before....
