If/when I do another one, I plan on making an announcement FAR ahead of time, tallying the volunteer artists, and building the animation to accommodate everyone.

Even then, I've been very unsuccessful in getting INTO San Diego ComicCon, either as a con-goer OR an exhibitor. That's why I usually stick with furry cons; they're smaller, which is saying a lot in regards to AnthroCon, which had at least over 5000 attendees last year... but even I'm getting tired of that scene lately.

Well this is very intriguing! I would love to be go through it frame-by-frame just to see all of the different characters this guys was shifting between. I'll be looking forward to seeing the final product.
