Very cool. But anyone who's read the Zombie Survival Guide knows that Solanum infecting a non-human brain will die within hours of the death of its host. Infected animals expire before the virus can replicate through their bodies. So reanimation only takes place in humans...
Still very cool though... I just wanted to throw that out there.

Lotsa' practice and study.. The 12 pricipals of animation aren't there to just look pretty.. You need to take them all into account when you're making an animation.. Also, learning how to properly roll your paper is really helpful on catching any kind of movement that might be wrong or "choppy".. Also, I mostly animate on twos at digital framerate (29.97 fps) .. That tends to keep my animation pretty smooth.. I can't think of anything else to tell you.. Do you have any animations I could look at? That way I can narrow down the problem you might be encountering that makes your animations not as smooth..
