Description
The name comes from the dragon from the story "Father Giles of Ham" by J.R.R.Tolkien. The runes are taken from the Dragon Script from the book "Dragonology." This tribal dragon design is just another piece to add to my dragon art collection...At the request of , the artist who made the original design is

I've watched the film (Advent Children) quite often and I've read a lot about the game. I'm playing Crisis Core at the moment and I've played Kingdom Hearts (where some characters also appear)

I think more popular than FFVII are Kingdom Hearts (I&II) and FFX and FFXII, because FFVII was released pretty long ago (1997?) and for PSone. I've got a friend who especially likes the old FF titles though (even before VII); but I think Kingdom Hearts and the newer parts are better known with people in my age (I've heard of FFVII for the first time in KH).

yeah, I also heard of FF7 for the first time in KH. I've never played FF7 but I know loads about it from KH and my friends. My friends say that 9 is the best one I think... I always wondered how Tifa tied the ribbon to her arm. It's pretty hard to do it to yourself...

hahaha!! Well our english class can be interesting because we haev an interesting teacher... At the time, this dragon was just the outer edge and was not colored in... When our teacher came up with the BRILLIANT idea to watch "A Muppets Christmas Carol" the day before winter break, I'm just like "Screw it, I need to finish my dragon" and voila!!

um, it's an enormous snake that kills any creature that makes eye contact with it (not to mention an extremely venomous bite). Haven't you seen Harry Potter 2?

i have a book on dragon and fantasy art and it says basilisks have different forms they also have 2 different abilities lethal breath and stare their gaze will turn you to stone and their breath will kill you in many myths the creature is a mix between a serpent and a chicken in fantasy worlds its a serpent with eight legs and in harry potter its a large serpent with a gaze that kills

Well there are probably different versions. I also have a book on dragons and other mythical beasts where it says that the basilisk is a snake less than a foot long with the lethal stare, toxic breath, and extremely powerful venom. It says that the creature's natural enemies are the weasel and the cock. It also says that basilisk ashes can be scattered in temples to prevent venomous spiders from weaving webs. I just picked the name as a reference to a snake with the killer gaze.
